Janice is the office boss of Wesley Gibson in his previous work as an accountant manager. She is considered a minor antagonist in the movie.

Wesley's was an accountant manager who was belittled by his boss, Janice. She mocked Wesley's performance as a worker until Wesley finally stood up to her and quit.
Personality[]
Janice is an obese, pessimist boss who always wanted to find happiness in her workers' mistakes. She even mocks their work if she desired so. Janice has also a habit of clicking staplers, and even eating large amounts of food, which explains her gluttony and physical appearance. It is implied that her cruelty and sadistic demeanor are a result of her being bullied in highschool, presumably because of her weight.
